The Radio Free Europe / Radio Liberty mobile application is a free and official tool that provides users with an exceptional news experience on their iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch. Offering news in 22 languages, the app covers 36 regions and countries across Europe and Asia, including Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Russia.

RFE/RL boasts an impressive news operation, with over 400 full-time journalists, 750 freelancers, and 19 local bureaus. Operating in countries where press freedom is limited or nonexistent, they aim to provide uncensored news, responsible discussion, and open debate to those who lack access to such information locally.

Through this app, users can stay up-to-date with the latest breaking news from RFE/RL's global network of journalists. The app offers a range of features including customizable news by topic, the ability to read, listen to, and watch content, live broadcasts with audio, video, and live blogs, breaking news push notifications, a low-bandwidth mode to save download time and data costs, the ability to bookmark and download content for offline reading, watching, and listening, as well as the option to share favorite stories via e-mail or through social media platforms.

The supported languages in the app include English and languages such as South Slavic (Srpskohrvatski), Macedonian (Македонски), Romanian (Română), Belarusian (Беларуская), Ukrainian (Українська), Crimean-Tatar (Qırımtatarca), Russian (Русский), Tatar-Bashkir (Татар), Chechen (Нохчийн), Armenian, Azeri (Azərbaycan), Georgian, Persian (فارسی), Kazakh (Қазақ), Kyrgyz (Кыргызча), Tajik (Тоҷикӣ), Turkmen (Türkmençe), Uzbek (O'zbekcha), Dari (دری), and Pashto (پښتو).
